Information Text for Data Owner
In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“LPPD”) and the relevant legislation, TEKEFE A.Ş. (“Company”), the data controller, has processed and will process (including recording, storing, preserving) all kinds of personal data (including special personal data) regarding you, such as identity and family information, etc., collected or to be collected in the future in our data recording system (electronic or physical media, written documents) through observation and monitoring systems established in order to take precautions against hazards at the workplace within the framework of the relevant laws or to ensure occupational health and safety inspections, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the LPPD, for the purpose of performing our Company’s business and fulfilling its obligations towards the Company’s shareholders and carrying out projects and works requested by the Company’s shareholders from our Company in relation to works within our area of expertise.
These personal data have been/may be transferred to legally authorized public institutions and organizations and legally authorized private law legal entities, our Company shareholders or their affiliates (domestic or international) in line with these purposes and within the framework of the conditions and purposes of processing personal data specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your personal data in question will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the Protection of Personal Data and the Company's procedures.
As personal data owners, your rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law regarding the processing, use and deletion of your personal data are as follows:
By applying to our company, your personal data;
To find out whether it is processed or not,
Requesting information if it has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
Knowing the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically / abroad,
Request correction if it is processed incompletely/incorrectly,
Request deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK,
Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to clauses (d) and (e) above to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
To object to a result that is to your detriment due to analysis by exclusively automated systems,
To request compensation for damages in case you suffer damages due to processing of your data in violation of the KVKK,
You have rights.
In this case, you must first apply to the Company as the data controller, and if your application is rejected,
You must apply to the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with Article 14 of the KVKK after 30 days, and if your application is not answered, you must apply to the Personal Data Protection Board after 60 days.
In accordance with Article 13, paragraph 1 of the KVKK, you may submit your request to the Company regarding the exercise of your rights specified above, in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board:
Upon your request, you can fill out the Information Request Application Form that you will obtain from our Company and deliver a signed copy of the form to the address “Akarkavak Cd. Ağaköy Mah. 42/44/46 Gürsu, Bursa Turkey” in person with documents proving your identity,

The relevant form should be signed with a secure electronic signature and sent to the addresses specified in the document titled “Information Request Application Form” via Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) or via e-mail.

Your privacy is important to us. This Candidate Privacy Notice explains how TEKEFE processes the personal data you provide to us during the job application and recruitment processes, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“ LPPD ”).
We process your personal data based on our legitimate interests for the purpose of conducting, processing, evaluating and conducting general recruitment processes and communicating with you within this scope. If your job application is unsuccessful, we will store your information for a reasonable period of time in accordance with the KVKK. Your personal data may also be used to contact you again in the future if there are open positions that we think may be suitable for you. Your personal data may be shared with institutions or organizations permitted by the provisions of the legislation.
As TEKEFE, we collect the following information during your visits to our office or website, through physical or online application forms, face-to-face meetings, and similar verbal, written, or electronic means:

Information regarding your education, internship and career development,
Information we obtain from your references and security/trust screening to verify your suitability for employment
Your personal data, CV and their content that you provide with the application form
Visual recordings obtained through other closed circuit security camera systems (CCTV) during visits to our office
Other information we may request about you within the scope of your job application
We take all technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate level of security when processing your personal data.
Before providing us with information about a third party (e.g. contact information for an emergency contact), you must duly inform the person in question within the scope of the LPPD and, if necessary, obtain their consent for the processing of their data.
You have the rights set forth in Article 11 of the KVKK regarding your personal data that we process within this scope, and you can forward your requests regarding these rights to us in accordance with the conditions set forth in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by sending an e-mail to hr@tekefe.com or by submitting a written application to the address below:
